About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather and document business requirements across order lifecycle processes
Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories specific to Infios OMS capabilities
Facilitate workshops with global stakeholders (onshore/offshore)
Act as a subject matter expert in Infios OMS best practices
Configure order orchestration, sourcing, and fulfillment logic within Infios OMS
Validate end-to-end order flows across distributed systems
Define and execute UAT scenarios aligned to Infios OMS implementations
Document knowledge transfer and handoffs

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years experience in OMS, with hands-on experience in Infios (Körber) OMS
Strong understanding of omnichannel fulfillment (BOPIS, BOSS, ship-from-store)
Experience configuring sourcing, routing, and inventory rules in Infios OMS.
Strong communication skills in global team environments.
Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models
