About the role
- provide account leadership focused on growth and client engagement
- work with clients to uncover business needs, craft strategies, and implement solutions across service offerings
- drive pipeline development and revenue generation
- develop and present solution options that showcase possibilities for clients
- sell the full range of Zensar Experience and Engagement Services, leveraging Microsoft expertise
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience (preferably in creative or marketing/advertising agencies)
- experience working with customers in the Pacific Northwest
- dynamic leadership skills for internal teams and client interactions
- proven track record in client relationship development
- strong knowledge of internet business, account management, technology solutions, design thinking, and product marketing
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- advanced verbal, written, and analytical skills
- bachelor's degree required
