About the role
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the health care industry
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Relevant experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) (preferred)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software (preferred)
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring (preferred)
