About the role
- Generate new business through inbound leads, outbound calls, referrals, and networking.
- Educate prospects on trucking insurance coverage, risk management, and cost-effective solutions.
- Close policies both over the phone and internet.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM, track communications, and report on sales progress.
Requirements
- Sales experience.
- Comfortable with telephone sales, follow-ups, and cold outreach.
- Excellent communication skills — verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be willing/able to obtain a P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance license if not already licensed.
