About the role

  • Design and coordinate the production of corporate publications.
  • Review content for compliance with corporate visual identity, brand narrative, and accessibility.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on metrics to measure communication effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content for major corporate initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of video content and coordinate photo shoots.
  • Complete and report on work activities ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

Requirements

  • Requires a strong knowledge of communications, journalism, and public relations.
  • Requires an strong understanding of CP style and superior writing skills.
  • Requires experience across a broad variety of communications or web development roles.
  • Requires familiarity with the IESO organization, its communications policies and objectives.
  • Requires experience with SiteCore, Microsoft Teams, and graphic designing/editing tools.
  • Requires ability to multi-task, work in a high volume, evolving work environment.
