About the role
- Design and develop custom scoped applications using App Engine Studio.
- Build reusable Service Portal widgets and UI Builder components.
- Implement complex REST API integrations and Flow Designer automation.
- Write advanced JavaScript (ES6+), AngularJS, and React code.
- Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solution scalability.
- Work with Now Assist and other AI-driven ServiceNow capabilities.
- Apply modern design patterns, data structures, and high-quality coding practices.
Requirements
- 12+ years of ServiceNow custom development experience.
- Deep experience with:
- Scoped Apps
- Service Portal / UI Builder
- REST API integrations
- Flow Designer
- Advanced JavaScript (ES6+), AngularJS, React
- Hands-on experience with development tools, debugging, build processes, version control.
