About the role
- Develop and execute strategies related to product, pricing, promotions, negotiations, and vendor relations
- Drive category growth and profitability through strategic decisions
- Manage and develop Merchants as part of a cohesive team
- Negotiate with vendors to secure pricing and promotional budgets
- Oversee category metrics (KPIs) to drive performance
Requirements
- Twelve (12) years of progressive experience in Merchandising
- Strong data analysis and pricing strategy background
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Google Business Suite preferred
- WMS, EDI, SAP, Asana, Tableau experience a plus
