About the role
- Define priorities and plan team activities and project deliveries, managing scope, schedule, and overall project health.
- Organize, analyze, and measure team workloads and workflows, applying agile methodologies.
- Balance and assign responsibilities across the team according to relevant skills.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience leading teams in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of CRM, with a focus on service operations.
- Technical capability to participate in discussions about integration, data modeling, and architectural design.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop team members to achieve their best performance.
- Comfortable managing requirements, scope, and deliveries across multiple projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict mediation abilities.
- Technical capability for discussions on integration and data structuring.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
