About the role
- Drive sales of IDEXX veterinary software within Australia & New Zealand—from opportunity identification to contract completion
- Convert new customers and expand product adoption among existing IDEXX clients
- Develop and execute territory and account development plans
- Manage your pipeline and consistently achieve quarterly and annual quotas
- Deliver engaging SaaS product demonstrations via webinars and virtual sessions
- Collaborate with the CAG Commercial team to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
- Gather customer feedback to influence product development and marketing strategies
- Represent and promote the IDEXX brand globally with professionalism and enthusiasm
Requirements
- 3+ years in software sales or related field
- Experience working within a Veterinary clinic with a strong understanding of workflow
- Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and consultative selling
- Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to build lasting relationships
- Results-driven approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Collaborative team player who values diverse perspectives
- Adaptable and resourceful in dynamic environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Action-oriented and autonomous in managing priorities
