About the role

  • Drive sales of IDEXX veterinary software within Australia & New Zealand—from opportunity identification to contract completion
  • Convert new customers and expand product adoption among existing IDEXX clients
  • Develop and execute territory and account development plans
  • Manage your pipeline and consistently achieve quarterly and annual quotas
  • Deliver engaging SaaS product demonstrations via webinars and virtual sessions
  • Collaborate with the CAG Commercial team to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
  • Gather customer feedback to influence product development and marketing strategies
  • Represent and promote the IDEXX brand globally with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements

  • 3+ years in software sales or related field
  • Experience working within a Veterinary clinic with a strong understanding of workflow
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and consultative selling
  • Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to build lasting relationships
  • Results-driven approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Collaborative team player who values diverse perspectives
  • Adaptable and resourceful in dynamic environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Action-oriented and autonomous in managing priorities
