About the role

  • You will plan and monitor IT projects, lead project teams, and manage resource allocation and effort
  • As part of project controlling, you will measure project success, track project progress, and initiate corrective and preventive actions
  • You will maintain close communication with all project participants and stakeholders, keep an overview of adherence to project plans and deadlines, and report accordingly
  • In our IT projects, you will act as the interface between clients and our development teams
  • You will have the opportunity to help shape our project area and to pursue further professional development and certifications in project management

Requirements

  • A completed degree or vocational qualification — preferably in Business Informatics, a natural science, or Business Administration
  • Several years of experience as a project manager
  • Affinity for IT and a solid technical understanding
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and agile practices, with practical experience applying both
  • Some experience with software development is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Desire for a varied role with significant scope for initiative
  • Willingness to undertake project-related travel
