About the role
- You will become familiar with our document creation software, become a specialist in our document generation tool “D7,” and provide consulting support to our clients
- You will develop a solid understanding of how our software is used and of administering document templates
- You will create personas for D7 users, identify their requirements for D7, and develop various ideas and scenarios for the technical implementation of those requirements within documents
- You will ensure that our clients have a foundational framework for document generation with D7 and will be able to implement document requirements yourself (e.g., clients’ style guides, content building blocks, and logic functions) in D7
- You will take responsibility for configuring D7 for our clients
- You will train and support our clients in using D7
Requirements
- A completed degree or vocational training — preferably in (business) computer science, a natural science, or business administration
- Solid professional experience in project consulting or in IT consulting/IT operations
- Familiarity with the DOPiX system
- Strong technical understanding
- Ability to think in logical abstractions
- A confident presence combined with composure and a down-to-earth manner
- You are goal-oriented, work accurately, and have an eye for detail
- You enjoy working proactively and in an agile way, and you are reliable
