About the role
- Introduce and establish new products in the market with existing and new customers across the Bavaria sales/consulting territory
- Provide crop management support to our customers, with a focus on fruit and vegetable production, viticulture and general agriculture
- Prepare production plans, perform sampling, and draft fertilization plans
- Conduct market analyses and evaluate market situations
- Provide technical and commercial advice and training to trade/sales representatives
Requirements
- Master craftsman or technician specializing in vegetable and fruit production, or a graduate of a University of Applied Sciences with a focus on fruit, vegetable or ornamental plant production, or completed vocational training with an additional qualification as a master gardener or master vegetable grower
- Relevant professional experience in the aforementioned fields
- Open and confident manner with strong teamwork skills
- Flexibility combined with commitment and resilience
- Confident use of various communication media and excellent communication skills
- Fluent German spoken and written; English skills are desirable
- Willingness to travel
