• As a consultant, you help clients optimize their processes using our system
• You enjoy leading implementation projects and conducting client meetings
• You plan and execute projects smoothly and provide ongoing client support
• You perform requirements analyses, client meetings, workshops, and presentations
• You engage and motivate key users during training sessions
• You act as a knowledgeable point of contact for existing customers

Requirements

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
Experience with ERP implementation projects (not mandatory)
Very good understanding of business operations and processes
Strong interest in consulting on business processes and process optimization in the context of digitalization
Basic SQL and programming skills
High commitment and strong communication skills
Good written and spoken English
Willingness to travel regularly for business
