About the role
- Manage complex calendars across time zones and prioritize meetings
- Coordinate seamless travel arrangements aligned with meeting schedules and itineraries
- Maintain workflows with proactive reminders and to-dos
- Set agendas, capture key discussion points, and drive meeting follow-ups
- Conduct thorough research and distill findings into clear, actionable reports
- Handle financial tasks including tracking expenses, budgeting, invoicing, and reimbursements
- Oversee project statuses and present updates through visual dashboards
- Draft company policies, standard operating procedures, and professional correspondence
- Develop and track team KPIs and assist with HR operations (onboarding to payroll)
- Manage information flow to ensure the executive has the right data at the right time
- Plan and execute events, covering budgeting and social media strategy
- Manage company and personal social media profiles, create content, and drive growth ideas
- Provide cross-functional support across sales, business development, talent acquisition, and marketing
Requirements
- Exceptional English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience accepted
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Manager, Chief of Staff, or Project Manager (preferred)
