• Looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant for implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules
• Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM
• Configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements
• Work closely with HR teams and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and identify functionality fit/gaps, providing solutions
• Configure Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management based on customer needs, and document application setups
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within HCM modules
• Conduct client demos of Oracle HCM Fusion applications
• Support clients during test phases and resolve implementation-related issues
• Develop end-user documentation and training materials for Fusion HCM solutions
• Oversee offshore project deliverables for Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, etc.
• Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through the design and implementation of HCM modules
