About the role
- Lead change management initiatives both internally and externally
- Partner with existing OCM leadership and expand skills of change consultants
- Play an advisory role on multiple accounts
- Design, manage, and implement successful program solutions
- Build strategic relationships with client executives
- Deliver clients' success through ongoing change impact assessments
Requirements
- 15+ years in change management, training, and communications experience
- Managed teams of OCM consultants
- Successfully led 8+ full life cycle ERP change implementation programs
- Process knowledge in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics Management
- ERP platform experience with SAP S4 HANA, Oracle, Peoplesoft, Workday or equivalent
- Relevant Organizational Change Management certifications (i.e. PROSCI or CCMP)
- Relevant graduate degree preferred
