Compensation Range: $66,000 base with additional potential variable of $44,000, plus equity

What You’ll Do: As an Account Manager, you will join a team of sales professionals focused on driving annual recurring revenue growth through cross-selling additional products and expanding and retaining the installed products across our customer and partner base.
This individual contributor role is focused on net dollar retention through cross-selling and expansion of product usage, gross dollar retention, partner loyalty, customer and partner satisfaction, and everything growth and success after the initial sale.
Responsibilities: Achieve the assigned quota based on both expansion metrics and renewal rates in a velocity sales motion
Work with partners to be a trusted advisor delivering solutions that increase customer and partner satisfaction, grow partner adoption, and deliver exceptional quality service
Maintain and reinforce Huntress’ culture
Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations
Execute a customer and partner engagement process to ensure excellent communication with our existing customers and partners.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Channel or Direct Sales roles, ideally focused on mid-market and below
Knowledge of the MSP space, preferably related to the cybersecurity industry, is a plus
Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms
Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively
