Requirements
active GA resident Health insurance license OR willing AND able to obtain one within 90 days of hire
2+ years of experience in the Medicare industry
Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Ability to lead and train a team of sales associates, utilize technology tools and build and maintain relationships with communities and medical providers
High level of self-motivation and the ability to accomplish goals independently
Prior sales experience
Prior experience with laptop computers, cell phones and the ability to navigate mobile apps
knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
approximately 75% or more travel with some overnight stays
clear and valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits
