About the role
- Conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use
- Leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace
- Monitors efficacy of products and adjusts products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes
- Apply internal processes and enforce project standards – define project plan and milestone mapping: initiating, planning, implementing, and completing the project
- Analyze project portfolio to ensure project updates, status and process are followed in accordance with department guidelines
- Interface with internal, external resources to ensure the successful completion of all projects
- Prepare presentations and communication materials on behalf of the project team including executive-level communications
- Partner with operational teams and process team colleagues to drive process improvement and identify/apply best practices
- Monitor and report on project progress and milestones
Requirements
- 5 years or more of product manager experience
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Experience managing medium to large scale projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage stakeholders and hold them accountable for deliverables
- Ability to manage multiple projects and navigate competing priorities
- Ability to facilitate meetings with multiple participants of varying levels capturing relevant information
- Comfortable working on new projects with limited knowledge/expertise of the content and be able to learn quickly to effectively manage the implementation
- Proficiency in communicating effectively with project stakeholders up to and including senior level leadership
- Regular use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project/or something similar
