• Manage the development, operations, and results of a health plan.
• Responsible for all contract negotiations in the Pacific Southwest Region including, CA, NV, AZ, CO, NM, HI.
• Establish long-range goals, objectives, and plans.
• Monitor financial and operational performance.
• Coordinate activities of senior managers and their respective functions in the region.
• Lead the end-to-end contract negotiation process through closure for all types of providers including physicians, hospitals and post-acute care facilities as well as delegated specialty services.
