About the role

  • Work directly with users, answering questions via phone, email and online chats as first point of contact
  • Deliver game-changing support experiences for coaches, directors, analysts, athletes and fans
  • Help teams and athletes win by ensuring clients know how to use Hudl effectively
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate complex problems when necessary
  • Empathize with users and respond with creative solutions
  • Collaborate with team members and use CRM systems to document and resolve issues

Requirements

  • Empathy. You can easily put yourself in someone else's shoes to find them the best solution
  • Eager. You want to work directly with our users to help them achieve their goals
  • Communication skills. Able to relay solutions with a clear approach and a human touch via email and phone, ensuring issues with varying degrees of technical complexity are resolved or elevated
  • Flexible. Show composure and resilience in a dynamic and demanding environment
  • Based out of Hudl headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska or willing to relocate; able to work 3 days per week in office at headquarters
  • Nice-to-have: Customer service experience
  • Nice-to-have: Technical know-how; hands-on experience working with tech and guiding users through troubleshooting processes
  • Nice-to-have: Team-oriented; ability to collaborate with coworkers to research and resolve technical issues
  • Nice-to-have: Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
