About the role
- Analyze large and complex partner datasets to uncover actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making.
- Build, automate, and maintain scalable dashboards and reports to track partner performance and revenue impact.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Partner Enablement, and Marketing to define key metrics and data governance standards.
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks, developing clear, data-backed recommendations.
- Deliver insights that improve partner acquisition, retention, and productivity.
- Present findings and storytelling dashboards to senior leadership, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Identify data quality issues and partner with engineering teams to implement long-term solutions.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar quantitative role (SaaS experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency in manipulating data and using data visualization tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL programming is fine.
- Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of sales and partner lifecycle metrics (pipeline, ARR, retention, churn, etc.).
- Experience developing data models and performance frameworks that align with business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical insights into clear business recommendations.
- Curiosity, autonomy, and a growth mindset.
