About the role
- Lead CRM integration projects in HubSpot from discovery to implementation, UAT, change management, and integrations
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet stakeholder/customer needs
- Partner with Resource Managers to predict and allocate resources
- Create, complete, distribute, and store all project documentation and briefs
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates aligned with client goals
- Articulate problems, convene right stakeholders, and drive resolution with urgency
- Monitor client communications and ensure timely responses
- Analyse project performance, identify improvements, and manage project risks
- Collaborate closely with COO, VP of Customer Operations, and pod-style team structure
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Science, or similar field
- Mid-level years of experience at a senior level working on systems integrations / CRM implementation projects
- Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies (formal training preferred)
- Experience in a Consultancy, Agency, or Software development organisation is highly desirable
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in English and French at a business level
- Must reside in Belgium and have the legal right to work and current residency in Belgium
