• Implementing, testing, and troubleshooting interfaces for surgery center clients and their business partners
• Work closely with internal teams, client IT teams, and vendors to obtain configuration information and troubleshoot issues with live interfaces
• Lead efforts to streamline interface implementations, identify areas of improvement, and develop clear documentation with attention to detail
• Support QA efforts for interface products in conjunction with the product and development teams
• Design and implement complex interfaces that integrate with multiple systems and applications
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines
• Conduct system and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
