About the role

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML models, microservices, and full-stack applications.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineers, ML Engineers, and AI Solutions Architects to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Integrate testing frameworks, code quality checks, and security scans into deployment pipelines.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD processes, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or failures.
  • Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices for reproducible and scalable environments.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices for deployment and version control.
  • Document processes, best practices, and architecture for CI/CD pipelines.
  • Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies in DevOps and MLOps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in CI/CD, DevOps, or MLOps engineering
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.)
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration frameworks
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, or similar)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional engineering and product teams.
  • Preferred: Experience deploying AI/ML pipelines and managing MLOps workflows
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless deployments
  • Prior experience in agile or squad-based digital product teams.
