About the role
- Documents and enables IT strategies to align with a high impact business agenda supporting the business segments, including the integration points between functional IT partners
- Act as a technical orchestrator, aligning cross-functional teams around Application Programming Interface (API) design and ownership, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability across assets
- Lead and facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with portal Business Analysts (BAs) and BAs from feeder systems to collaboratively define technical integration points and solution scope
- Collaborates with vendors and senior company management to define innovation needs, develop cases and priorities, and support business demands
- Maintain and manage all solution documentation, user stories, and test cases within JIRA and TestRail, ensuring traceability and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Cultivates and sustains relationships with pivotal tactical stakeholders and business implementation leads, leveraging extensive business acumen spanning multiple businesses or sub-domains to foster engagement in major IT endeavors
- Advocates for the proliferation of best practices developed from interactions between businesses, functions, or geographies and other counterparts
- Assists in defining and managing IT spend according to plan while ensuring timely work during budget and forecasts processes
- Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues
- Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and may provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated understanding
- Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably as a Business Analyst, process improvement, or a related field
- Experience with Agile Methodology, Scrum, and automation tools to manage and deliver scalable IT solutions
- Demonstrated understanding and application of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Strong capabilities in business analysis, systems development life cycle (SDLC), and workflow management
- Demonstrated success in systems analysis across complex projects
- Effective communicator with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to guide cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable outcomes
- High learning agility and digital fluency, enabling adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience mentoring team members and fostering collaboration across diverse business units and geographies
