About the role
- Lead planning and execution of Hoxhunt’s global events (executive dinners to large-scale conferences across EMEA and the US).
- Full ownership of event journey, ensuring touchpoints drive business impact, strengthen brand, and deliver memorable experiences.
- Plan and execute end-to-end: logistics, on-site execution, post-event follow-up, including flagship Tier 1 conferences with 25,000+ visitors.
- Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Run targeted campaigns, activations, and onsite programs to engage audiences and maximize ROI.
- Design seamless attendee journeys from first touch to post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Design, Co-Founders, Product, and Growth Marketing to align event execution with brand and pipeline goals.
- Track success through pipeline contribution, attendee engagement, and long-term brand impact; improve processes and tools (including swag, merch, and follow-up).
- Review current event playbook and processes; identify opportunities for improvement; plan major events with flawless execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as both an event planner and event marketer, ideally in the SaaS or B2B space.
- Strong project management skills; structured and organized, able to manage multiple moving parts.
- Hands-on experience managing budgets, vendors, and agencies with clear communication to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot) and project management tools like Asana or similar.
- Ability to work effectively with C-level executives, product, sales, and design teams.
- Strong ownership mindset; initiative and follow-through from concept to execution.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
