About the role
- Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously with clear goals and timelines
- Spend approximately 25% of time on video conducting customer meetings
- Guide customers through technical setup and ensure projects stay on track
- Own full onboarding experience for SMB customers from kick-off to go-live
- Serve as proactive point of contact throughout onboarding
- Improve onboarding workflows and documentation to scale and improve
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, onboarding, implementation, or support roles
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset
- A structured, disciplined approach to prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Curiosity and comfort working with technology
- Growth mindset and strong sense of ownership
- Hands-on experience with M365, G-Suite, SCIM, and SSO is a strong plus
