About the role
- Develop and execute a regional channel strategy that supports revenue and growth targets
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners across the West Coast
- Drive joint pipeline generation, partner enablement, and deal acceleration
- Build strong, lasting relationships with partner sales, technical, and executive teams
- Track partner performance, forecast pipeline, and report on key metrics
- Collaborate with direct sales on territory planning and joint opportunities
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to strengthen go-to-market engine
- Represent Hoxhunt at industry and partner events to expand regional presence and brand
- Shape the U.S. channel strategy during a pivotal stage of growth
- Travel up to 40% and operate in a hybrid model with preferred locations in Minneapolis or Dallas
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales or strategic alliances within SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a partner-driven model
- Hands-on experience with partner lifecycle management, from recruitment to enablement
- Established partner network across the West Coast and knowledge of the regional channel landscape
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and passion for solving real-world customer problems
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of working time
