Perform Salesforce administration and configuration, including flows, custom objects, third-party integrations, permission sets, and security best practices.
Experience in implementing and maintaining a strong Slack ↔ Salesforce integration.
Develop and maintain custom code using APEX, REST APIs, scheduled jobs, and metadata configurations.
Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components for both Public Digital Experiences and internal Lightning Experience (LEX) users.
Troubleshoot and optimize inefficient configurations, proactively reducing technical debt and improving scalability.
Partner with Engineering to enhance existing API integrations and assist in building new integrations that ensure seamless and scalable Salesforce ↔ Houzz connectivity.
Support Salesforce Administrators by providing expertise on projects requiring custom logic or advanced automation.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with at least 1 year in a developer capacity.
Current Salesforce certification(s) (Platform Developer I or higher required).
Experience with Salesforce REST API, custom REST Endpoints, Bulk API, and high-volume API integrations.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
Strong communication skills with experience partnering across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Legal, and Executive stakeholders.
