About the role

  • Support the global marketing strategy across all regions including North America, Australia, UK, EMEA, China and Asia
  • Coordinate the development of 360° brand and product campaigns including strategic brief development, creating go-to-market decks, messaging documents and content roll-out plans
  • Collaborate with regional contacts on the development of campaign plans, providing consistent marketing updates, supporting the review of materials and routing items for approvals
  • Help facilitate the development of global concepts and big activation ideas, supporting the successful implementation in key regions
  • Work with integrated teams on local campaign content needs and liaise with creative to submit briefs and ensure delivery of assets are on time and meet global brand consistency
  • Execute global strategic partnerships across key cultural verticals (art/design, fashion, travel) to grow brand awareness
  • Work with leadership to support celebrity/talent partnerships by managing key deliverables such as coordinating events, social media posts, press days and other key activities
  • Manage global toolkit development, ensuring all regions have necessary assets with enough advance timing to effectively support their planning needs
  • Partner closely with internal teams and external agency partners to support development of global brand experiences, creating high-impact concepts and toolkits to successfully execute luxury events in key international markets
  • Research and stay up to date with competitor programs, provide on-going updates and new ideas; maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and creative techniques
  • Aid in driving brand growth, ensuring Hourglass brand identity, messaging and tone of voice is represented across all marketing touchpoints

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of Marketing experience
  • Experience working in prestige beauty, luxury or fashion industries on a global scale
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ambitious, target driven individual who will be self-motivated
  • Process driven with strong analytical skills
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and new categories, with a keen eye for creativity and aesthetics
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks within a changing and fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time
