About the role

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Attend clients’ queries via phone and email, being proactive, courteous, and helpful.
  • Ensure all requests, issues, and complaints are resolved promptly and accurately per policies and guidelines
  • Promote goodwill when dealing with clients and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and client loyalty
  • Identify and suggest improvement opportunities during daily work
  • Negotiate appropriate compensation, refunds, and solutions

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Spanish language knowledge is an advantage
  • Flexibility to support Global Support team members as required
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
