About the role
- Provide excellent customer service
- Attend clients’ queries via phone and email, being proactive, courteous, and helpful.
- Ensure all requests, issues, and complaints are resolved promptly and accurately per policies and guidelines
- Promote goodwill when dealing with clients and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and client loyalty
- Identify and suggest improvement opportunities during daily work
- Negotiate appropriate compensation, refunds, and solutions
Requirements
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
- Spanish language knowledge is an advantage
- Flexibility to support Global Support team members as required
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
