About the role
- Take charge of secretarial duties for the day hospitals (HDJ)
- Handle incoming day hospital (HDJ) requests for addiction medicine
- Keep the list of requests up to date
- Provide the documents required for admission to the addiction medicine day hospital
- Schedule patient visits in the clinical software (HM) for the addiction medicine day hospital
- Prepare and coordinate patient arrivals (sending appointment notices) for the diabetology day hospital
- Assist the colleague responsible for managing diabetology consultations and the pain clinic
- Participate in day hospital service meetings when necessary
Requirements
- Qualified medical secretary
- Experience in the mentioned specialties or in an equivalent service is desirable
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrate kindness, empathy and patience
- Ability to build a trusting, non‑judgmental relationship with patients
