• Manage and maintain our candidate database, ensuring accurate tracking, timely follow-ups, and strong pipeline organization.
• Partner with the recruiting and operations teams to understand staffing needs across all Hometown Veterinary Partners locations.
• Initiate outreach and conduct initial screening conversations to assess candidate fit and interest.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Create targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles and geographic-specific hiring needs.
