Paralegal

• Coordinate title/survey diligence, document execution and closing logistics
• Review and analysis of title and survey issues and assist in resolution of the same, including direct communication with title underwriters and surveyors
• Preparation of closing documents and ancillary transactional documentation
• Attendance and participation in meetings and/or closings
• Gather, organize, summarize and index documents from various sources
• Special projects and additional duties as assigned
