About the role
- Independently develop technical solutions for customer inquiries regarding machined hydraulic components
- Prepare cost estimates and quotations in coordination with Sales Management
- Provide technical advice to customers on our product range
- Follow up on quotations, e.g., by telephone
- Manage existing customers, acquire and advise new customers, including on-site visits
- Monitor deadlines for all ongoing processes
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a mechanical engineering technician, CNC lathe operator, or machining technician
- Professional experience in technical sales
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong hands-on mentality and a pronounced service orientation
- Knowledge and experience in selling hydraulic products advantageous but not required
- Ambitious goal orientation and strong negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ideally experience with SAP
