About the role
- Assist in the preparation of expert reports and supporting documentation for arbitration and litigation
- Conduct detailed quantum analysis and interpret project data to support dispute narratives
- Review project records and identify key contractual and commercial issues
- Collaborate with senior consultants and expert witnesses on case strategy and delivery
- Liaise with legal teams and client stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements
- Support internal initiatives including training, knowledge sharing, and business development
Requirements
- Degree in quantity surveying or a construction-related discipline
- Additional legal qualifications are a plus
- Experience in international contracting, ideally within infrastructure, energy, or major projects
- Exposure to dispute resolution processes such as adjudication, arbitration, or litigation is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; familiarity with data analysis tools is beneficial
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Passion for developing a career in dispute resolution
