About the role
- Lead consulting projects to bring our Enterprise software solutions to life
- Work with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales cycle
- Support customers post-implementation through analysis, improvements, and best practices
- Design integrations, data migrations, and reporting solutions using our tools
- Configure systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance across platforms
- Provide training and documentation to empower customers and teams
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux/Windows, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle or SQL Server
- Knowledge of Java, C#, scripting, ETL processes, and reporting tools such as JasperReports
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure), virtualization (VMware), and J2EE environments
- Strong analytical and communication skills; fluent in English (French is a plus)
- Willingness to travel and collaborate internationally
