About the role
- Act as a consultant, sparring partner, coach, and facilitator to business leaders.
- Deliver high impact HR solutions by understanding business needs.
- Lead the implementation of critical HR processes locally.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with Norwegian Labor law (AML) and internal policies.
- Design and implement rotation plans for project- or location-based roles.
- Support business leaders in creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
- Extensive progressive experience in HR generalist/leadership roles.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen to align HR initiatives with long-term organizational goals.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, driving collaboration across diverse teams and functions.
- Strong experience in union negotiations, collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), workforce rotation planning.
- Proficiency in spoken & written Norwegian and English language is required.
