About the role
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and trend identification
- Perform competitor assessments to pinpoint opportunities for improvement and differentiation
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product enhancements and increase satisfaction
- Manage and update technical specifications for products to ensure competitiveness and compliance
- Oversee performance improvement initiatives through benchmarking and quality feedback
- Assist in finalizing requirements for new products and technology transfers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines throughout the product lifecycle
- Work closely with global product managers, R&D centers, and local business units to align regional needs with global strategies
- Act as a liaison among product management, engineering teams, application engineering, and marketing to deliver technical insights and promotional support
- Ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing across engineering, operations, sales, and channel teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, market analysis, or a similar role within the transformers or energy industry
- Strong technical knowledge of transformer products and applications relevant to the region
- Experience with market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and product lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Proficiency in English; additional regional languages are a plus
