About the role
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives
- Lead the elicitation, documentation, and analysis of business requirements
- Translate business requirements into clear, structured functional specifications
- Validate solution designs to confirm they meet business requirements
- Identify and assess opportunities for process optimization
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagements
- Act as a liaison between business and technology teams
- Develop high-quality user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Master’s in Business Administration (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Track and Trace technologies
- Digital manufacturing solutions
- Proven experience in Agile environments
- Proficiency in process modeling tools
- Requirements management platforms
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver solutions for MES platforms
