Field Engineer

• Join Hitachi Energy’s Grid Integration Service Solutions team and play a vital role in supporting advanced power systems across Canada.
• Serve as the first point of contact and subject matter expert for maintenance and repair of FACTS & HVDC stations/systems.
• Provide customer support via phone and on-site deployments.
• Own customer issues and collaborate with warranty project managers to resolve them efficiently.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced personnel, including leading customer training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols during all work activities.
• Support sales efforts during site visits by promoting Hitachi Energy and identifying potential business leads.
