About the role
- Provide professional advice on a broad range of legal/contractual topics related to the business unit in different European locations
- Work in close cooperation and coordination with HUB Transformers Contract Management
- Provide contractual domain expertise in implementation, execution and administration
- Support the sales team during risk review process
- Enforce and defend Hitachi Energy's contractual interests against customers and suppliers during the whole of a project life cycle
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects in portfolio of contracts
- Establish and enforces standard change methodologies in portfolio of contracts
- Support Project Management during execution phase to develop, implement risk mitigation and opportunity plan
Requirements
- Law Degree or a related field
- Master qualification
- 5 years of experience in contract management from tendering to execution and/or a related field
- Strong understanding of contract law and regulations, particularly those relevant to the region
- Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in English
- Any additional language is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects and cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel as per business needs
