About the role
- Join us as Manager for Tools Design and lead the way in defining how tools are developed and managed for our Converter Valve products!
- Own the global methodology for tool design and usage, ensuring we design and develop certified tools that are safe to use across all regions.
- Lead your diverse and highly skilled team through change, aligning efforts toward common goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders and experts across the organization to implement best practices.
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills with experience in driving change, and an ability to influence, lead and align diverse stakeholders and teams across regions.
- Experience in developing processes and guidelines for documentation methods.
- Solid technical foundation and an ability to translate complex concepts into clear strategies and standards.
- Organized, structured, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English is required, Swedish is an advantage.
