About the role
- Central point of contact for all stakeholders in the day-to-day management of short- and long-term international assignments
- Working closely with the Project worker advisor, the Project worker Coordinators and the rest of the team to ensure smooth execution of our International Assignments program
- Managing international Project worker assignments and acting as the single point of contact for the assignee and family
- Partnering with external vendors to ensure that all services are provided timely and in a compliant manner
- Participating in projects related to Global Mobility and International Project worker Assignments
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Global Mobility
- Experience in case management and communicating with all stakeholders involved
- Tax background or affinity and/or experience with expatriate taxation
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Tax or Law)
- Strong knowledge of international assignment management, immigration, tax, and employment laws
- Team player with good organizational, planning, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple tasks and adapt to changing business needs
- Fluent in English; other European languages are positive
