About the role

  • Lead all commercial functions within the aftermarket division, including:
  • Contract sales
  • Parts sales
  • Repair and refurbishment offerings
  • Strategic deal leadership and closing
  • Sales Team Leadership: Manage and align a currently fragmented sales team
  • Implement and optimize CRM tools (Salesforce) to create consistency in processes
  • Foster a culture of accountability and performance
  • Operational Expertise: Ensure seamless execution of sales operations
  • Drive efficiency and scalability across all aftermarket functions
  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue
  • Expand customer relationships across major verticals
  • Drive organic growth through enhanced customer support and engagement
  • Partner on acquisition opportunities to strengthen market position
  • Build a global sales and service network

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of professional work experience in sales, sales leadership, engineering or related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Engineering, or related field)
  • Proven experience in aftermarket sales, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and leading commercial teams
  • Expertise in CRM systems and process standardization
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional closing skills
  • Operational acumen and ability to manage complex sales functions
  • Ability to lead through change and integrate disjointed teams into a cohesive unit
