About the role
- Advise our clients on IT Service Management, identify organizational challenges and co-develop tailored solutions with them.
- Design KPIs, SLAs and OLAs within the IT organization based on the IT service catalog and support the successful introduction of IT services.
- Optimize IT Service Management by defining appropriate processes and value streams, and drive their continuous improvement.
- Optionally provide technical leadership for junior consultants in joint projects.
Requirements
- At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT Service Management or professional experience as an IT Service Manager.
- Good understanding of frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT.
- Strong interest in effectively organizing and governing IT in a digital environment and familiarity with the challenges at the IT–business interface.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German.
