About the role
- Attract and grow independent wholesale distributors and contractor customers
- Develop and execute a business strategy for revenue targets
- Secure and develop relationships with distributors
- Help recruit and train contractors
- Manage and coordinate activities with sales and service teams
- Train customers on brand positioning and technology
- Work with distributors to create recruitment and sales plans
- Schedule and conduct distributor training
- Respond to distributor needs and expectations
- Resolve distribution conflict issues efficiently
Requirements
- 3+ years sales experience
- 5+ years related HVAC, business, and management experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Skilled at developing distributor growth strategies
- Ability to travel locally up to 50%
- Expert at in-person and remote presentations
- Motivated self-starter
- Strong communication skills
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
