About the role

  • Attract and grow independent wholesale distributors and contractor customers
  • Develop and execute a business strategy for revenue targets
  • Secure and develop relationships with distributors
  • Help recruit and train contractors
  • Manage and coordinate activities with sales and service teams
  • Train customers on brand positioning and technology
  • Work with distributors to create recruitment and sales plans
  • Schedule and conduct distributor training
  • Respond to distributor needs and expectations
  • Resolve distribution conflict issues efficiently

Requirements

  • 3+ years sales experience
  • 5+ years related HVAC, business, and management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Skilled at developing distributor growth strategies
  • Ability to travel locally up to 50%
  • Expert at in-person and remote presentations
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
