About the role
- Lead Salesforce development and automation using Apex and Salesforce Flow
- Customize and maintain Sales, CPQ, Marketing, Service, and Platform clouds
- Build and manage workflows, approvals, dashboards, reports, page layouts, and templates
- Handle user administration, roles, permissions, and profiles
- Manage integrations with NetSuite, Zendesk, Gong, and Chili Piper
- Respond to internal support requests and bulk data needs
- Support data migrations and system audits
- Monitor and improve data quality and system performance
- Partner with RevOps and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Coach users on Salesforce best practices and document internal processes
- Recommend and evaluate new third-party tools to enhance workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience with demonstrated progression to a developer role
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Salesforce Flow
- Willingness and capability to learn new tools (e.g., Zendesk)
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines and minimal documentation
- HTML and CSS experience is a strong plus
- Experience supporting ERP systems such as NetSuite (Great-to-have)
- Salesforce Admin or Platform Developer certification (Great-to-have)
- Experience documenting business and technical requirements (Great-to-have)
- Prior experience in a remote work environment (Great-to-have)
- Authorization to work in the US (application asks if authorized)
