• Own full-cycle recruitment for retail positions within assigned region, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with Regional Managers and Store Leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive talent pipelines.
• Lead regional recruitment calls and provide updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights.
• Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
• Maintain strong relationships with local community networks, job boards, and educational institutions to support regional hiring goals.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote High Tide’s employer value proposition.
• Ensure adherence to provincial employment laws, cannabis industry regulations, and company policies.
• Track and report recruitment metrics for the region using ATS and Smartsheet tools.
• Provide weekly and monthly updates on requisition status and candidate pipelines.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Support onboarding coordination for new hires in collaboration with HR and store leadership.
